In This Recording, You'll Discover:

  • The specific pain that makes tasks you need to complete feel like fighting an uphill battle (and no, it's not laziness - I'll help you name exactly what your brain is protecting you from)

  • Why "just do it" is the worst possible advice for people like us - and what to do instead when your brain treats tasks like threats

  • The real reason you have 47 unfinished projects (hint: each one was protecting you from something different, and that's actually useful data)

  • Why motivation isn't broken, you're just using it wrong - there are 4 types and I bet you've only ever tried to white-knuckle through with one

  • How I went from medicating just to stay awake to helping hundreds break free - the unglamorous truth about what actually works when nothing else has

About Your Host...

Hey, I'm Sam

I should probably tell you why you should listen to me about procrastination.

Not because I've "conquered" it. But because I still live with it every day.

I take medication for narcolepsy. Daily. Which means I need pharmaceutical help just to have enough dopamine to function. As a procrastination coach.

Feel free to judge that for a second.

For 20 years, I was the guy watching entire seasons of TV shows while important emails literally expired in my inbox.

Not "I get distracted sometimes" procrastination. The kind where you'd rather clean your entire apartment than open a single Word document. The kind where you know exactly what you need to do, but your body physically won't let you start.

Here's what changed: I stopped trying to fix myself and started trying to understand myself.

Turns out, procrastination wasn't my problem - it was my brain's solution to a problem I hadn't identified. Once I understood what I was really avoiding (spoiler: it wasn't the tasks), everything shifted.

Now people call me "someone who gets shit done quickly." My clients go from years of paralysis to actually finishing things. Not through discipline or willpower, but by understanding what their procrastination is protecting them from.

I've helped hundreds of chronic procrastinators find their way through. Not around. Through. Because you can't bypass something that's trying to protect you - you have to understand it first.

Don't Just Take My Words Though...

Here's What Other's Have To Say:

"I’ve learned not to villainize my procrastination and to instead question why it’s really happening for me. Not just trying to make other people’s theories fit my circumstances" - Ashleigh

"Working with Sam has absolutely transformed my life. I have had the privilege of coaching with Sam regularly for over 8 months now, and looking back on that time, I have faced some of the biggest obstacles of my life, but I have accomplished more actual concrete work towards my dreams and goals than I have in years!!." - Chloe
