Challenge Days — Procrastination Playground

The 3-Day Challenge

Here's What We Cover Together

Three live sessions. Each one builds on the last. By day three, you'll have a system that actually fits how your brain works.

Day 01

How to get to the root of the problem and escape shame forever

The easy, repeatable tool I use with every client to identify exactly what the real pain actually is whenever you're stuck on a task — and how understanding it will finally free you from the guilt and shame spiral of avoiding shit.

Day 02

How to use science to create motivation on demand

Breaking down the neuroscience of motivation so you understand exactly how yours works — including why self-discipline has been disproven by research, and the specific method for building the propulsion you need to take action when it counts.

Day 03

How to build a system that makes doing shit genuinely easy

Teaching you the foundational skills that let you create your own tools and strategies — customised to your specific feelings, motivations, and brain. No copy-pasting someone else's morning routine. A process that actually belongs to you.

Access To The Challenge Closes At 11:59PM EST April 2nd:

Why listen to me?

I should probably tell you why you should listen to me about procrastination. Not because I've "conquered" it. But because I still live with it every day.

I take medication for narcolepsy. Daily. Which means I need pharmaceutical help just to have enough dopamine to function. As a procrastination coach.

Feel free to judge that for a second.

For 20 years, I was the guy watching entire seasons of TV shows while important emails literally expired in my inbox. Not "I get distracted sometimes" procrastination — the kind where you'd rather clean your entire apartment than open a single Word document. The kind where you know exactly what you need to do, but your body physically won't let you start.

Here's what changed: I stopped trying to fix myself and started trying to understand myself. Turns out, procrastination wasn't my problem — it was my brain's solution to a problem I hadn't identified. Once I understood what I was really avoiding (spoiler: it wasn't the tasks), everything shifted.

Now people call me "someone who gets shit done quickly." My clients go from years of paralysis to actually finishing things. Not through discipline or willpower, but by understanding what their procrastination is protecting them from. Because you can't bypass something that's trying to protect you — you have to understand it first.

Here's What Other's Have To Say:

"I’ve learned not to villainize my procrastination and to instead question why it’s really happening for me. Not just trying to make other people’s theories fit my circumstances" - Ashleigh

"Working with Sam has absolutely transformed my life. I have had the privilege of coaching with Sam regularly for over 8 months now, and looking back on that time, I have faced some of the biggest obstacles of my life, but I have accomplished more actual concrete work towards my dreams and goals than I have in years!!." - Chloe

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Every session gets recorded and you'll have access to it. That said — and I say this with love — if your first move is to ask about the recording before you've even signed up, that's worth noticing. That's the thing we're here to work on. Show up live if you can. The live environment is where the real shit happens.

Each day runs roughly 60–90 minutes. I don't do death-by-PowerPoint. We move, we interact, we actually work through things together. Come ready to participate — or just watch. Both are fine.

Every 25 sign-ups. It's at $25 now. The next increase happens at 25 spots, then again at 50, then again at 75. I'm not going to tell you it'll never be available again — that's not how I operate. But the price right now is the lowest it's ever going to be. That part's true.

Probably. But not at this price, and not with this particular group of people — and the group matters more than you'd think. The conversations that happen between participants are half the value. This specific cohort won't exist again.

Because most of what you've tried was designed for a different kind of brain than yours. Productivity systems, morning routines, discipline hacks — they assume the problem is laziness or lack of structure. It isn't. The problem is pain avoidance, and no amount of colour-coded planners fixes that. This challenge is built around understanding what you're actually avoiding and why. That's a completely different conversation.

A device, an internet connection, and ideally somewhere you can actually speak out loud. You don't need a notebook, a productivity app, or three hours of prep. You just need to show up.

No. I'm not a therapist and this isn't therapy. What it is, is a practical framework for understanding your own procrastination — built from 20+ years of living with it myself and working through it with hundreds of clients. If you're dealing with something that genuinely needs clinical support, please get that too. This isn't a replacement for it.

If you've been putting off important things for years, you've tried systems that worked for a week and then didn't, and some part of you genuinely wonders if something is just fundamentally broken about you — this is for you. If you're looking for a productivity hack and a colour-coded template, it probably isn't.

Scrolled To The Bottom, Huh?

Good. That Means Part Of You
Already Knows.

Look, I know you're sceptical. I know you've tried things before. And I know you're sitting there wondering — how much can actually change in three days?

Here's what I'm not going to tell you: that you'll never procrastinate again after this. I'm not going to promise you a personality transplant in 72 hours. That would be bullshit, and you'd smell it from a mile away.

What I can promise you is this: you'll prove to yourself — maybe for the first time — that a life without chronic procrastination is actually possible for you. Not for some mythical productive person. For you, specifically, with your brain, your patterns, your history. And you'll walk away with the tools to keep going after the three days are done.

Here's the other thing. This is deliberately short and deliberately cheap. That's not an accident. The whole point is to remove the pressure. I'm not asking you to commit to a six-month program or spend a thousand dollars on something you're not sure about yet. I'm asking you to show up for three days, do the work, and see what happens. The low barrier is intentional — because the last thing someone who already struggles with follow-through needs is another thing that feels enormous before they've even started.

This is a first step. And first steps are supposed to be small.

What you're actually getting

Three live sessions. Full recordings. A framework you can use for the rest of your life. And proof — actual proof, not just hope — that you're not broken. You never were.
